Be-thy began strength training for running with Coach Camille and then eventually began working with EF run expert Coach Ryan. Be-thy has consistently improved from this point forward, rarely experiencing any training plateaus. After several great races this past summer, Be-thy moved to Hawaii taking a break from running before missing it and returning to Coach Ryan via online coaching and has continued to improve. Last weekend, Be-thy ran a huge PR in the Ford Island Bridge Run 10k with a 54:49!
