The Endorphin Fitness headquarters is located in Richmond, VA. In addition to adult and youth coaching programs, Richmond is home to the Endorphin Fitness Bike & Tri Shop and Endorphin Fitness Training Center. - Monday – Run + Strength 5:00-6:15 pm (West Creek)
- Tuesday – Swim 6:00-7:15 pm (St Catherine’s)
- Wednesday – Road Bike +Strength 5:00-6:15 pm (West Creek)
- Thursday – Swim 6:00-7:15 pm (St Catherine’s)
- Friday – Run + Strength 5:00-6:15 pm (West Creek)
- Saturday – Bike + Run 8:00-9:30 am (West Creek) & Swim 10:00-11:15 am (St Catherine’s)
* During Non-DST hours (Nov 8 – Mar 13), Mon/Wed/Fri will meet from 4:30-5:45pm and Tue/Thu swims from 7-8:15pm at St Catherine’s.
