Elizabeth Miller is a Richmond native who has never spent much time away from her home turf. She attended Collegiate School and the University of Richmond as a Division 1 Scholarship Athlete.
Swim coaching was a big part of her life prior to her career as a pediatric dentist. She has coached all ages from infants to adults in private and group settings. Elizabeth was the head swim coach for the Hermitage Country Club swim team for three summers where she also taught many private sessions for members and their children. She also was the assistant swim coach for the Collegiate varsity swim team for two years while in dental school.
While swimming is a passion, Elizabeth decided to begin triathlon training with Endorphin Fitness in 2018. Although running and cycling were brand new to her, she fought hard to make goals and strides to improve in those sports. After years of competing in local multi-sport events and half and full IronMan triathlons, she has won top female masters podiums and recently achieved her first qualification to the world triathlon championships.
Elizabeth still enjoys competing in Masters swimming races with NOVA of Virginia Aquatics and has achieved top 10 national qualifying times in the 100 back, 200 back, 200 IM, 100 free and 200 free.
Her love of swimming and teaching others to swim is palpable. Elizabeth’s mission is to help swimmers achieve their personal swimming goals whether that’s overcoming a fear of the water, improving technique/form, or increasing speed. She works with her clients to make swimming efficient, stress-free and fun!
