Overview

Youth Coaching

We offer group, personal, and one-on-one coaching programs for youth swimmers, cyclists, runners, and triathletes.  Over the past 20 years, we have experienced tons of success impacting the lives of youth athletes and teaching them to achieve more in sport and life.  This has earned us national notoriety including a distinction as US Youth Coach of the Year and a top-5 nationally ranked team for over a decade.

Group Coaching

Choose from a variety of swim, bike, run, and/or strength practices and only pay for those practices you wish to attend.  No start up fees and no long term contracts – just great coaching!  Get started today with a free week trial – sign up!

Fall & Spring Practice Schedule

  • Monday – Run + Strength 4:45-6:00 pm (West Creek)
  • Tuesday – Strength 4:30-5:30 pm (Endorphin Fitness) + Swim 6:00-7:15 pm (St Catherine’s)
  • Wednesday – Bike + Run 4:45-6:15 pm (West Creek)
  • Thursday – No Practices
  • Friday – Run + Strength 4:45-6:00 pm (Univ. of Richmond) + Swim 6:15-7:30 pm (Univ. of Richmond)
  • Saturday – Swim 8:30-9:45 pm (St Catherine’s)  +  Bike 10:00 am – Noon (St Catherine’s)

* During Non-DST hours (Nov 4 – Feb 15), Mon/Wed will start at 4:30pm, Tue strength 5pm, and Tue swim at 6:30pm.

One-On-One Private Coaching & Testing

Private sessions built around your goals with an experienced, motivating coach.  We offer a variety of private sessions including swim and run video form analyses, strength training, cycling, running, swimming, general and sport specific conditioning, bike fit, VO2 max testing, and resting metabolic rate testing using advanced technology and expert coaches. 

Personal Coaching

Adult Coaching

We offer a welcoming, complete coaching experience for triathletes and endurance athletes of all ages and abilities.  Over the past 20-years, our coaches have helped thousands of people achieve big things using proven, science-based methods. Whether it is finishing the race they never thought they could, getting on the podium for the first time, or just feeling more fit for life, we have the expertise to get you there safely and effectively.

Local Coaching

For local athletes, we offer three coaching options to meet every goal and budget:

  • Practice Pass – Perfect for someone looking to gain motivation and valuable feedback in a group environment.  Gets you access to four days of coached team practices every week (see below).
  • Group Coaching – For the person who thrives in a group environment and wants a complete training program to prepare for any race distance, this package gets you access to our full team practice schedule (see below), a robust online training plan which details all your workouts on a daily basis, access to the EF Training Center (learn more), and a coach who is available for additional text/phone/email support when needed.
  • Personal Coaching –  Great for someone looking for the ultimate, customized coaching experience whether local or remote.  You’ll receive a detailed daily training plan completely customized for your schedule, races, goals, and needs; daily workout analysis by your coach; unlimited email / phone access with your coach; access to all team practices(see below); and access to the EF Training Center (learn more).

  • Tuesday – Bike + Run + Strength 6:00-7:30 am & 6:00-7:30 pm (EF + Virtual Options)
  • Wednesday – Swim 6:30-7:30 pm (St Catherine’s)
  • Thursday – Track Run + Strength 6:00-7:30 am & 6:00-7:30 pm (St Christopher’s School Track)
