In addition to adult and youth coaching programs, Richmond is home to the Endorphin Fitness Bike & Tri Shop and Endorphin Fitness Training Center. - Saturday – Swim 8:30-9:45 pm (St Catherine’s) + Bike 10:00 am – Noon (St Catherine’s)
* During Non-DST hours (Nov 4 – Feb 15), Mon/Wed will start at 4:30pm, Tue strength 5pm, and Tue swim at 6:30pm.

For local athletes, we offer three coaching options to meet every goal and budget:
- Practice Pass – Perfect for someone looking to gain motivation and valuable feedback in a group environment. Gets you access to four days of coached team practices every week (see below).
- Group Coaching – For the person who thrives in a group environment and wants a complete training program to prepare for any race distance, this package gets you access to our full team practice schedule (see below), a robust online training plan which details all your workouts on a daily basis, access to the EF Training Center (learn more), and a coach who is available for additional text/phone/email support when needed.
- Personal Coaching – Great for someone looking for the ultimate, customized coaching experience whether local or remote. You’ll receive a detailed daily training plan completely customized for your schedule, races, goals, and needs; daily workout analysis by your coach; unlimited email / phone access with your coach; access to all team practices(see below); and access to the EF Training Center (learn more).
