Andrew Callihan has been certified as a personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine since 2006 and became a USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach in 2017. He is known by his clients for his passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle, his attention to the detail of every workout, and his desire for each client to meet the goals they set. Everyone can benefit from a customized approach to improved health and fitness and no two of Andrew’s clients are the same: moms and dads who want to keep up with their kids, pro and semi-pro athletes looking to improve their performance, endurance athletes after power and efficiency gains, business professionals looking for stress relief, and elder clients wanting to move about with ease.
Once a bodybuilder, Andrew now competes on a high level in multiple triathlons and running events each year using strength training, along with his endurance workouts, to fully optimize his potential for success on course. That wasn’t always the case. Overweight and unhealthy as a child, Andrew understands what it takes to get fit. More importantly, he knows firsthand how getting fit can positively impact your entire life and works every day to pass that on to his clients.
