Quick tip for those trying to keep those new year’s fitness resolutions….
Do you struggle to fit your training in due to busy schedules? Do you keep putting it off for seemingly more important things until there is no more time left in the day? If so, I have a quick tip for you that could save your future workouts.
At the beginning of each week, put your workouts into your schedule as if they are appointments, or better yet, make them recurring weekly appointments. Doing so will make you much more likely to keep these “appointments” and get your workouts in. If you need a little extra insurance, schedule these workouts with a friend or training group who will expect you to show up – doing so will greatly multiply your success rate plus you will train harder and have more fun doing so.
