The past week here at Endorphin Fitness has been a flurry of post race reporting, shipping bikes, following up with athletes, and regrouping our staff after the East Coast Triathlon Festival. It’s a lot of work to put on, but we love the work and it is made lighter by so many helping hands. This year was a tremendous success, and it would not be possible without help from so many people.
First of all, to the athletes that spend their time and energy training to compete and are willing to make the journey – sometimes around the world – to race, to say it would not be possible without you would be an understatement. You are the reason this event exist. We want to offer our gratitude for trusting us with your race experience and giving it your all in the race.
To the volunteers who are willing to give so much to help the event run smoothly, we thank you. We had over 140 volunteers at the event which is humbling. Our volunteers stuff packets, help set up the course, make sure the athletes have their registration packets, direct athletes on the course, and are are so vital to putting on this weekend- thank you!
To the fans- the friends, coaches, family, and spectators that come out to cheer on our athletes, thank you. It is very important to us that we have support for the athletes and this year was the best year yet. Your encouragement drives them to be their best, and we thank you.
Finally and so importantly, thank you to our sponsors. This event, ultimately would not be possible without your support.
