The Practice Pass is a new option for 2019, allowing more access to our awesome coached workouts! Our workouts fit within the progression of the group program, but they still stand alone on their own as a great workout. You’ll receive some feedback from coaches at practice and get your sweat on.
Our practice options include:
- Swim: Focus on technique and progression. Open water options in the summer- talk to a coach!
- Bike: Indoor at our Wahoo Kickr Studio and outdoors all over Richmond!
- Run: Integrated into many of our workouts for cross-training gains and weekly track practices to dial in your zone work.
- Strength: Conducted at our strength training facility right at Endorphin Fitness.
Pricing options:
- $20 – Drop in rate
- $72 – 4 practices / month
- $120 – 8 practices / month
- $145 – Unlimited practices per month
Getting Started
To get started, first select an option below. You’ll be taken to a MindBody registration link, where you can pay and get registered in our client portal. Then, a coach will contact you within a day and discuss what practices you’d like to attend and get you all the info you need!

Personal coaching is for anyone with a big goal, or a big life. While you still get access to all practices and enjoy all the benefits of the group coaching level, the personal coaching level comes with a training plan that is made from scratch for your schedule and your races. We have two levels of personal coaching available:
PERSONAL COACHING
For the athlete with specific goals or a hectic life, our personal coaching is hands down the best value in coaching. You will also receive weekly feedback on your training plan, unlimited phone and email conversations with your coach, and a race-day strategy for all your races.
PERSONAL COACHING PLUS
For an athlete that benefits from the attention and accountability of a coach by their side for every step. You will receive everything from the group and personal levels, but your coach will give you feedback on every single Training Peaks workout. Your workout plans will be written with your exact paces in times, wattage zone, and goals written into the text of the plan.
