It was a strong weekend of race results for Endorphin Fitness athletes. We are very proud of our athletes for starting off the year with great results. First off, congrats to all the juniors who completed the team winter time trials. Everyone looked very strong- the season will be bright!
Colby Burcham ran an impressive 4X400m relay at the St Chris Invite to grab another state qualifying standard. He ran impressive times for the 4X800 and the 1000m as well. Chase Brooksbank also finished with a strong result in the 1600.
Sarah Look picked up right where she left off in 2017 with a very solid time in the Megs Miles 5k to kick off her 2018 race season!
Kieran Haug set a new PR in the 200 free going 2:07.
Katie Elliott completed the Heathen Challenge Skimo Race with a strong finish. Jason Elliott also raced placing third in his age group! Skimo is a winter sport that is a combination of skiing and mountaineering. This particular course included two tough climbs that lasted around an hour each.
Nick Pilgrim matched his PR of 5:04 in the Front Street Mile with a strong race.
