At the 5A State Championships, Colby Burcham took 4th overall both in the mile and 2 mile- landing a huge PR in the 3200!
Jake Schindel finished 2nd in the 1000m with a PR, coming in less that one second behind first!
Johanna Lupica had a huge PR in the 3k at the A10 championships!
Cooper Albright took 4th in both the 500m and the 4x400m relay at States with a strong finish to his indoor season.
Kieran Haug set PRs in all 4 events at the Founders Swim Championship.
Anneliese Rogerson had a huge weekend at district champs bettering her times in all events and making four age group cuts!
Sadé Smith raced her first duathlon of the season at the Northeast Park Duathlon, in prep for Worlds and finished 1st in her AG.
Jean Kleitz took 1st place overall female and the Dahlgren Half Marathon and beat her time from last year by a minute!
