Last weekend, we had team meetings for both the junior and adult. At these meetings, we discussed teamwork and unifying around some common goals that will drive us as individuals and a group this year. We will be releasing a summary of both meetings next week, but I wanted to share one piece today.
We opened the meeting with what success looked like to Endorphin Fitness. From the beginning, the vision has been one thing: to transform lives. Every staff member has been hired with this vision. We do this by providing the very best in youth and adult coaching, which in turn teaches people that they are capable of being more than they thought possible. We have had amazing success making athletes faster but the vision does not stop here. Next, we guide them in allowing this drive for excellence to permeate other areas of their lives and the people around them. This is what we mean by “Be More. Live Red.” This is our core purpose.
