Carson Everman competed in the Draft Legal Age Group World Championships in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Carson finished 24th in her age group with a super strong race throughout!
We also had very strong XC meets from EF athletes. Jackson Wright had a great result at the middle school cross country meet at Deep Run Park on Tuesday. Ben Poling also had a strong duel meet at Deep Run Park’s course setting a PR. Alexandra Poole doubled up this weekend winning a crit on Friday followed by a strong XC meet on Saturday.
Sarah Look pulled off a huge PR at the Reesestrong 5k coming off of a tough injury. She showed excellent pacing and pulled off a PR by well over a minute. Coach Ryan Middleton took 2nd overall with a time of 15:43.
Eloise de Landevoisin Campbell set a 1 min PR from last year at the Woodberry Forest Meet.
Cooper Albright took a big win at Clash of The Titans.
At the Savageman Triathlon Festival, Bill Deaton was second overall at the sprint distance, and Scott Evans was 4th overall in the Olympic distance race, just 13 seconds away from the overall podium!
Connor Doyle took 6th overall at the Adidas Invite.
Nick Pilgrim raced the Bermuda Open Water National Championships and took 4th in the 1500 against a lot of chop, and limited ability to sight. It was a strong race in tough conditions.
Becca Rosner did her first century ride at the Heart of Virginia. She finished in 5:40 and average well over her goal pace of 17mph!
Hannah Lupica had a great showing at the William and Mary Invite finishing in the top 30 out of over 250 runners!
