Endorphin Fitness athletes had a solid weekend of racing! They competed in several races, including Bermuda’s Sprint National Championships, Between the Waters Century, and several other races. Congrats to all our athletes who raced! Let’s get started.
Nick Pilgrim and Caleb Ingham took 1st and 4th overall in Bermuda’s Sprint National Championships. This is a huge accomplishment for these two 15 year olds against the nation’s best. Congratulations to both of them!
Coach Mike Crossin took 3rd overall in the Falcon and Bruin 5k this weekend.
Dennis Kao completed the Marine Corps Marathon. This was a battle for him as he unexpectedly developed bad blisters, but pushed through!
Lucille O’Neill completed the “Between the Waters” century through crazy windy and rainy conditions. She fondly changed the name of it to the “THROUGH the Waters” century upon completing it.
David Knicely participated in the Wicked 10k in Virginia Beach.
Samantha Kayne wrapped up her middle school track season by winning Regionals in 1600 m and placing 3rd in 800 m individual races, collecting PRs and school records in both distances.
Ava Larkin took 3rd place at Cardinal district cross country meet helping her team to take the team District Championship. Way to go Ava!
Nina Marino won first place Master’s at the Poop Loop 4miler- congrats Nina!
