Congratulations to everyone who raced this weekend! We have many races to report on, including the Spring Thaw mountain bike race, the NASA Elite Showcase invitational meet, the Chris Hind’s Sunshine Crit, a sprint triathlon in Bermuda, and numerous middle school track meets.
Karl Lipscomb showed off his great off-season training by finishing 1st in his age group at the Spring Thaw mountain bike race at Pocahontas state park. Sandrine Thominet finished first female overall in the Beginner category in the Spring Thaw MTB race as well. 
Raegan Canada and Allison Dodd finished a great week of racing at the NASA Elite Showcase invitational meet in Florida.
Alexandra Poole raced the Chris Hind’s Sunshine Crit Women’s Cat 4 division finishing a strong 10th.
Nick Pilgrim raced a local sprint triathlon in Bermuda on Friday with a very strong race and impressive finish!
At local middle school track meets, Jonathan Ryan tied his PR in the mile and finished 2nd in the 3200. Lucy Poh ran an excellent 400 and 4X400 matching her season best for the event!
