We have a strong weekend of race results to report on this week. Races include, the Tune Up Tri, SPCA Dog Jog, the Charlottesville 10-miler, the Palmetto 200, and many swim and track meets.

At local track meets, Emily Merchant, Jonathan Ryan, and Lucy Poh all had strong results with Emily and Jonathan running PR’s!

At the SPCA Dog Jog, Sarah Look ran a 5k PR!
Mike Fridley had a strong race at the Charlottesville 10-miler.
Mickie Fleming and Dennis Kao both crushed their races in the Palmetto 200.
