Jacqueline Bethel and Sandrine Thominet completed the Patrick Henry Half Marathon as a part of their training for the week.
David Knicely competed in the Quantico sprint, finishing with a strong run!
At the Fawn Lake Tri, Kathy Scourby won her AG! Congrats Kathy!
At the Patrick Henry Half Marathon, Michelle Fang ran extremely well, building her race into an 18 mile long run!
At the William Byrd XC meet, Logan White ran a strong relay. Well done Logan!
At IRONMAN 70.3 Maine, Scott Evans had an impressive debut at the half-iron distance, finishing in 4:44.
