Huge weekend of racing for EF athletes! We have results from Florida to Texas to Virginia. With 10ks, mountain bike races, and triathlons from sprint to Ironman, we have a ton to report on! Congrats to all our athletes who raced!

Megan Buchanan raced the famous St. Anthony’s Triathlon, one of the most competitive races in the world, for her first Olympic Distance.  After a swim that wasn’t too far behind Sara McLarty,  and a crash in the middle of the bike, she cruised home on the run to win her age group and loved the experience!

Holden Valerie smashed his PB in the 3200m, shaving off 28 seconds from his last time trial in March. He also won the event! Way to go Holden!

Isaac Lamprecht ran a new 1600m PR with a time of 5:29.47

Matt Schiller scored the maximum score on his Army Fitness Test– a 300!

At Ironman Texas, Chad Albright got a new Ironman PR by three minutes with a time of 10:02- it would’ve earned him a spot at Kona, if he had not already qualified from another race. Way to go Chad! Also in Texas, Alex Lienert notched his third Ironman finish, with a time of 11:48. Way to go Alex!

At the Bermuda WTS Age Group Sprint, Nick Pilgrim took 1st overall at 16 years old- huge accomplishment! Well done Nick.
