Personal coaching combines face-to-face coaching sessions with a personal training plan built around your goals and schedule.  Popular coaching sessions include but are not limited to swim technique/speed, cycling technique/speed, run technique/speed, strength and conditioning, transitions, mobility, and sport specific workouts.  For these sessions, our expert coaches utilize our technology resources including underwater swim video, Endless Pool, Computrainer Spinscan, slow motion run video, and more.  One-on-one and small group training options.
