Youth Personal Training
Under 18 Years Old
Endorphin Fitness provides personal and group fitness/strength coaching based on individual needs. With both group and individual programs, long term development, safety, and fun are prioritized.
Group Program
Using the diverse disciplines of swimming, cycling, and running, ages 6-18 are challenged to adopt a healthy lifestyle and increase self esteem. The Youth/Junior Triathlons Teams are led by expert, professional coaches in each discipline who are enthusiastic about sharing their love for fitness with youth. View Details
Individual Program
One-on-one and semi-private cardio/strength sessions begin with a detailed assessment of fitness level, goals, limiters, potential injury areas, and time commitments. The result is a personalized program addressing each of these. An experienced personal trainer will then guide you through a customized, age-appropriate program in a positive, caring environment.
- Initial assessment with coach
- First training session which takes you through your personal program
- Meet with coach as often as desired (minimum once/month) to ensure proper technique and intensity as well as measure progress and adjust your program.
