Ages 6-18 Years Old

Triathlon Team

Youth (ages 6-12) and Junior (ages 13-18) Triathlon Teams place long term development foremost as motivating coaches teach the principles of triathlon and encourage participants to adopt a healthy lifestyle.

Private Coaching

One-on-one and semi-private sessions with a motivating coach who is enthusiastic about sharing the love of triathlon with youth.

Strength Coaching

Certified strength coaches identify areas limiting development and/or causing injury, and then target these areas with an age-appropriate, safe program. Learn More

Bike Fitting

An expert fit specialist will use proven methods to maximize comfort, power, and injury prevention on your road, mountain, or time trial/triathlon bike.

Physiological Testing

(ages 13-18 years) Establish personal training zones, anaerobic threshold, VO2 max, resting metabolic rate, and strengths/weaknesses to take the guesswork out of training.
