Personal Training
Through personal training, nutrition counseling, and group sessions, Endorphin Fitness seeks to promote healthy lifestyles as a means of positive life change. Whether you want to lose weight, improve muscle tone, strengthen your core, or gain cardiovascular fitness, we will attack your goals with a proven methodology delivered by the highest quality of trainers.
Services
We achieve personal goals through 4 main services: cardio and strength testing, personal training (nutrition, cardio, and strength), group training, and custom training plans. We will help you find a mix of these services that fit your needs. During the course of your training, you will also have access to the EF Training Center, a state-of-the-art training facility in the West End of Richmond.
CARDIO & STRENGTH TESTING
We encourage those new to Endorphin Fitness to start with baseline testing to determine individual needs so we can address these directly. To do this, we meet with you individually for a Background Consult, Cardiovascular Testing (VO2 Max), Calorie Testing (RMR), and Muscular Strength & Flexibility testing. Then, we follow up with a detailed report on what you need to focus on to achieve your goals.
PERSONAL TRAINING
We offer one-on-one sessions with an experienced trainer who provides you with instant, expert feedback as well as motivation. Typical sessions include cardio and strength training, nutrition, and massage. Semi-private sessions are also available for those desiring to work with a small private group of friends.
GROUP TRAINING
Led by expert personal trainers, EF group programs bring people with common goals together in a challenging, motivating, supportive,
and fun environment. Our current group programs include:
- Strength Training & Core
- Mondays 6pm at Endorphin Fitness
- Tuesdays 7:15pm at Endorphin Fitness
- Wednesdays 6am at Endorphin Fitness
- Weight Loss Challenge
- January 6 - March 26
CUSTOM TRAINING PLANS
We offer customized training plans (cardio and strength) designed by experienced trainers who oversee your complete training and provide support throughout your journey. All plans are fully individualized for your schedule, goals, strengths, and weaknesses. These plans include an interactive online customized program, unlimited contact with your coach, and full access to the EF Training Center.
CORPORATE/SCHOOL PROGRAMS
