Youth MTB at Deep Run
02.18.10We will meet at Deep Run Park today for youth mountain biking as normally scheduled. Please park in the rear parking lot (normally first parking lot) at the back of the park (stay on road until the end).
Adult Tri Team will meet at Byrd Middle for our run session.
Youth Cycle Indoors Tonight!
02.16.10The youth cycling class will take place from 5-6pm Tuesday night at Endorphin Fitness. We are in hopes of moving outdoors for the mountain bike on Thursday, depending on the weather.

No Run In AM
02.15.10Personal Coaching athletes will not meet in the AM for run class as the track is still covered with snow. Hopefully we can sart up next week.
Inclement Weather Update
02.11.10Thursday: Youth practice will take place at Endorphin Fitness 5-6 PM and adult practice 6:15-7:15 PM at Byrd Middle.
Friday: No changes to hours or Fitness Challenge.
Saturday: Team Ride at EF 8-11 AM. Bring movies to watch. :)
Sunday: Team Run at West Creek 7AM and Youth/Adult Swim in afternoon as normal.
