EF Junior Ryan Peterson was just named the 2009 USA Triathlon Junior Duathlete of the Year. This is the highest honor to any junior duathlete in the country. Ryan, your entire EF community is extremely proud of you!

Swim Practices Cancelled Sunday

University of Richmond just announced that they will be closed tomorrow, Sunday, Dec 19. Therefore, we will unfortunately be forced to cancel our adult and youth swim practices as well. I will be sending out a detailed explanation of the workout and supplementary workout soon so that everyone can do it on their own. We apologize for the inconvenience - enjoy the snow!
