Adult Group Coaching

Beginning March 9th and continuing through the summer, EF Group Coaching consist of 5+ coached workouts and a non-coached team ride/run weekly. During the coached sessions, experienced coaches will guide you through purposeful intensity workouts that are chosen based on your individual needs. Strength classes for runners, swimmers, and cyclists will also be offered throughout the week.

The schedule is as follows:
Monday 6 PM - Strength (EF)
Tuesday 6 PM - Cycling (West Creek)
Wednesday 6 AM - Strength (EF)
Wednesday 6 PM - Swim (St Catherines)
Thursday 6 PM - Run (Bandy Field)
