Adult Coaching

Each person has a unique level of potential. At Endorphin Fitness, we find your potential and then work with you individually to reach it. To do this, we place you at the center, surrounded by an unparalleled support system of professional coaches who mingle research, technology, and passion for sport to help you reach the next level. Our proven methods start with the foundation and work outward through initial testing, technique development, and then proper mileage and intensity given your individual strengths and weaknesses. You are then encouraged to allow the principles learned while training to radiate into other aspects of life.

Private Coaching

One-on-one and semi-private coaching with an experienced coach using an Endless Pool with underwater video to meet your goals, be it technique/speed development or learn-to-swim.

Group Coaching

Personal/Strength Coaching

Endorphin Fitness provides personal fitness and strength coaching based on your individual needs. One-on-one and semi-private cardio/strength sessions begin with a detailed assessment of your fitness level, goals, limiters, potential injury areas, and time commitments. The result is a personalized program addressing each of these. An experienced personal trainer will then guide you through your personal program in a motivating, caring environment.

Program Structure:

  1. Initial assessment with coach
  2. First training session which takes you through your personal program
  3. Meet with coach as often as desired (minimum once/month) to ensure proper technique and intensity as well as measure progress and adjust your program.

Nutrition

Endorphin Fitness provides weight loss programs as well as daily and competition athlete nutrition plans. After a detailed assessment of your personal lifestyle and nutrition needs, an experienced registered dietitian will design a personalized program that addresses these needs using the latest nutrition research. Your personal nutritionist will then meet with you as often as desired to measure progress and adjust your plan.
